You’ve got to do something with your time and that something needs to be meaningful enough to win over the desire for short term gratification or pain avoidance.

This question seems to help with that because you’ll choose something challenging that you can get your teeth into and something that really matters to you.

I love working with leaders because this is one of the things they are looking for.

Stagnation and boredom often occurs when they are play a game where they have achieved their objective and now feel like an impostor pretending the game matters to them still.
