They SEEK overwhelmed.

Progress comes from targeted discomfort.

Seeking discomfort means that they are driving forward with the expectation of overwhelm at some point.

Growth is uncomfortable.

They are inviting the problems, the obstacles and challenges that are inevitable, not always predictable and difficult to solve.

Then rather than cope or resist, retreat or panic.

Rather than let themselves live in overwhelm they take a step back and reflect.
