You need more than just more confidence as a leader.

You do not want just more Confidence

Just more confidence is the enemy of self awareness.

It’s what causes us to endlessly repeat a failed method.

It’s what causes us to be unable to see the truth, the evidence or the opportunity that’s right in front of us.

It’s what causes frustration and misalignment.

You might want to feel more confident and what’s required there is confidence IN something.

Confidence in your method perhaps even if that method is to hypothesis, test, evaluate, until you find a system that works.

Confidence that you will remain true to the values and beliefs that you operate from.

Confidence isn’t about postures, talking the most or saying the cleverest thing.

It’s about knowing who you are, what you value and believe and showing up as that.

If confidences is alluding you right now you won’t find it in pretending or acting. You don’t want to either, you’ll miss the learnings.

Confidence is found in doing the work to get to know yourself.
