Learn who you are

As you climb on your bike to go for a ride what's about to happen if you let it is you are about to see the inner workings of your mind.

Running or swimming or an intense workout anything that provides singular focus can do the same.

Do you go all in or are you constantly checking an imaginary fuel gage deciding whether you have the energy for your current level of intensity.

Are you present and alert or do you find yourself losing moments, minutes or even tens of minutes.

Do you focus on discomforts and guide them towards talking you into easing off or stopping; or are you focusing on an internal regulator like breathing or external like the next landmark.

Is there anger or motivation or complete indifference when you are passed by others. Do you assume them on the same journey as you?

Are you constantly berating yourself for your performance or are you your biggest fan?

Do you grow frustrated at the traffic or the weather or the puddles or the condition of the road or inconsiderate nature of others.

Are you a champion and supporter of those seemingly on the same journey as you, do you look at what they're doing for tips on how you might improve?

Alone with yourself are you bored or neutral or battling or in your favourite place.

All of you is there, you aren't someone here and someone else anywhere else.

This is the micro that you help you change the marco, the insight that can allow you to change how you see the world and it you.
