The ultimate question seems to be, to what will I give my attention?

Will I give it to the plights of the world, wars, politics woke, economic, domestic policy, environment, inequality?

Will I give it to the media, social, news, gossip, opinion, facts of how I should run my health, business, relationships, wardrobe, my words?

Will I give it to myself, will I trust, my gut, my emotions, my feelings, my visceral response to my environment, what feels right to my mind, body and soul?

Will I give it to those people that I come into contact with, those who I interact with directly, those who make up MY world?

The answer by no means obvious.

The world appears to be in a war for our attention and we only have so much bandwidth.

Those who can highjack our thoughts and emotions can influence our decisions and our spending and then our words as we become media outlets for their cause.

Such huge responsibility on the shoulder of each of us.

As in choosing where we place our attention we become a tv channel of our own, not just through social media but through our words and actions we influence those around us.

Warning or roles model our actions are a statement of who we are that cannot not influence the world.

The choice is certainly not obvious.

Each of us have so much power and influence,

How is it that I do the least amount harm and create the most amount of good?

I believe that it is my obligation to discover what is true for me and get clear on what produces the health and vitality I want to experience.

And do it by paying careful attention to what I put into my mouth, how I move and how I sleep.

I MUST do this because the world is so ready to tell me what I should eat, to save me, the planet, the economy, time. In not conducting my own experiment and discovering my truth I become confused and sick for myself and a beckon of propaganda for the world, my world, those I most love and care about.

I believe that it is my obligation to discover what I believe about love, money, sex, family, attention, leadership, health, politics, fairness, happiness, purpose, passion, power, the whole sum of the world through constant experimentation and reflection.
