A negative prediction of the future followed by a positive response.
^^ that is striving, it’s stressful but kind of a good thing. It means you’re taking action on the things that require action.
Negative prediction, negative response
That’s stress, that’s where the Amygdala tells the basal ganglia (habit centre) to automatically response to create survival.

• Excessive Sugar consumption
• Excessive alcohol consumption
• Getting lost on phone, porn, Netflix
• Being distant or angry with loved ones
• Staying up too late
• Procrastining
• Not being the leader you said you would
• Allowing distraction to derail you
• Neglecting health or relationships
• Worry, anxiety, stress without positive action
What ever it might be it is due to the prediction and response patterns that have been programmed into your brain 🧠
