This is what I do

This is what I do

In hopes of answering that, what is it you actually do question…

I help leaders to improve how they feel and perform in every area of life.

That’s the 2 second pitch.

A client of mine recently reeled of this list on one of our walk and talks through the woods. I’m paraphrasing of course.

“I’m in my late 40’s but I’m the leanest, fittest, strongest, healthiest I have ever been and probably the leanest, fittest, healthiest person I know.

My business is making 3 x per month what it was when we started and despite having 200 employees I work about 25 hours a week where I was working 70.

My staff tell me that I have changed and that they love working for me. Many people tell me I have changed actually.

I am much more connected with my family and my wife and we really enjoy spending time together and we’re all much healthier.

I’m having much more fun and adventure in my life, I’m more patient, less reactive and able to help people through their challenges without telling them what to do or carrying their stress.”

That was really cool to hear, but to be clear, I did not do any of that stuff for him.

He created all of that.

This all started with my unwillingness to blame my clients for their inability to create consistency or see through to the root cause of their challenges and instead recognise it as the fundamental challenge we all face and can (must) all support each other with.

So…

I teach the neuroscience principles of neuroplasticity.

Then I support my clients to apply them to their lives. This allows them to look more objectively at those situations in life that are typically stressful and create fresh clarity, direction, focus and strategy around them.

The results above are the experience of applying new approaches to the reoccurring challenges he was facing in his life from mental health to leadership to relationship, to business to health to happiness and everything else in-between.

The same sort of challenges we all face.

If you imagine each area of life where you experience stress, struggle or reoccurring failure and the way that causes you to view it and respond to it.

Now imagine seeing those same challenges for the first time without that stress and how you might approach it differently.

This is what I do with my clients.

It is a simple process but an impactful one.

It’s not a promise of ever lasting success and happiness but it is an incredibly effective system for navigating success, health and happiness by integrating those fears that hold you back.

If you weren’t clear before hopefully you now have a better idea about what I do.
