Ed, what’s the difference between what you do and talk therapy?

Ok, so we talk so that’s the similarity.

But we only talk in the service of creating new habits.

Emotion habits, sleep habits, morning rituals, sleep rituals, conversation habits, work habits, meeting habits, relationship habits, financial habits, energy creating habits, parenting habits, leadership habits, habits around what ever is standing in the way of feeling how you want to feel, being who you want to be, achieving what you want to achieve.

What my clients most consistently say they love about our work together is that it’s not endless talk about feelings.

It’s direct, practical, scientific and RAPID habit change creating.

Mine is a system of ACTION.

Emotions, thoughts, words, actions are all something you are doing. My system is about changing what you are doing NOW.
