The idea that there is a self that is other than you is an illusion.

The idea that there is
a self that is other than
you is an illusion.

It’s during a state of
flow that we can
observe this illusion.

There is a state of no
mind.

A state that people will
often describe as pure
happiness, joy, euphoria,
peace, silence.

There are no thoughts
of future, or past,
no self questioning.

The illusion of someone
other than (I) that is caused
by identifying with thoughts
has temporarily become
disillusioned.

This place can be found
in meditation, breathing
exercises, writing or
sports.

But it’s also available in
life.

It is found during mastery.

Which is to say
self knowledge.

A predictable and repeatable
process for success.

Just as it can be found
by the master dancer.

It can be found when
dancing with life.

Just like in sport where
roles are defined,
intentions are aligned,
rules are agreed and
expectations are
shared, flow has its
best chance of
emerging, the same
is true of life.

Processes and routines
aren’t about control.

They are about creating
mastery and releasing
the freedom within it.

Knowing your values,
beliefs, purpose, genius,
and principles aren’t just
a nice thing to have, a
fun mental exercise,
they are the process of
defining who we are so
that we can create
practises for engaging
with the world that
align with who we are.

The master is one who
knows how they will
respond in advance.

Free from fear of
judgement.

Free from fear of
criticism.

Free from guilt of
not meeting the
expectations of
others.

Free from impostor
syndrome.

Each the result of
not being all that
you are.

And the first step is
to decide who you are
and who you will be.

You can do it right now.
And just be that. Just for
Today.

Ps. I have 5 spaces on my REWIRE program for leaders who want to experience more flow and the stress and overwhelm that comes from being out of flow.

Send me a PM to find out if we’re a good fit.
