If you are suffering I can almost guarantee there is a physiological need not being met

When we’re suffering two things tend to happen,

1. We don’t think very clearly, particularly about the problem itself

2. We tend to think that the solution must be as extreme as the problem feels

Anxiety
Energy slumps
Procrastination
Feeling depressed
Cravings
Being reactive
Poor sleep
Muscle pain

They are all significantly diminished or even disappear when we address our physiological needs.

🏃‍♂️ Are you moving enough
💧 Are you getting enough water
☕️ 🍺 🚬 How many stimulants are you having?

There is always a need not being met
