7 things I love about working with founders

As a coach I help my clients to gain clarity, direction, focus and strategy to create the business and life they want.

But I truely believe that in order to do that I need to focus on creating that for myself.

I’m the first domino so to speak which brings me to;

1. Their presence infects their whole org, I love watching the ripple.

2. Their vision always trumps daily dramas.

3. Their COMMITMENT makes them willing to face their own hypocrisy, ignorance and incompetence head on.

4. Their passion is easy to engage which makes gaining perspective easier.

5. They aren’t living life in theory they are committed to new more skilful action.

6. They aren’t talking about a better world they are trying to create one.

7. They are absolutely committed to BEING better.

Are these absolutes? No.

Could you find example that prove what I’ve said false? Of course.


But I’ve learned that those set on creating something bigger than themselves, flawed like the rest of us, have found themselves a powerful vehicle for facing themselves and doing what’s hard and I truly love being connected to that.
