Stop calling it procrastination and just tell the absolute truth

Stop calling it procrastination and just tell the absolute truth

I’m not saying you’re lying, but…

Don’t say I’m procrastinating say,

I don’t want to.

Don’t say I’m procrastinating say,

I don’t know where to start.

Don’t say I’m procrastinating say,

I don’t have the energy right now.

Don’t say I’m procrastinating say,

I’m worried what people will say if I fail.

The truth provides an avenue for enquiry.

I don’t want to - what would make it more fun?

I don’t know where to start - how could you break it down into smaller pieces?

I don’t have the energy - what are you doing that’s causing you to have low energy?

I fear the judgment - who from?

The truth opens the door for exploration towards clarity - a vague word describing inaction closes the door on exploring and keeps you stuck.

This list is far from exhausting, what else could procrastination mean in truth?
