Scrambled eggs
INGREDIENTS (SERVES 1)
- 3-4 large free range eggs
- a bit of butter ( i use kerrygold)
- (don’t add butter if you are diary free just make it with out)
METHOD
- Crack up tow eggs into a bowl and whisk until mixed
- add to a sauce pan or frying pan with the butter
- Stir slowly until it is just the way you like it.
- Serve up with avocado, ryebread, figs, apple, tomatoes, asparagus, kale or what ever you can think of
