Hello and welcome to the Stress Less room. I look forward to helping though this process, there is a lot of work to do but please don’t be overwhelmed. Just begin with what feels possible, whether that is a deep dive or 15 minutes per day. Stress management is a life long process of performance optimisation. What is important is that you begin.
