Personal Training Room
Hello and welcome to the personal training room, please watch the introduction video. The video will teach you the fundamental start point of posture before, during and after movement. Beginning at week 1 this programme is design to take someone with desk posture towards greater strength, flexibility, agility, co-ordination, and fitness in a step by step process with just a 15 minute daily commitment, upgrading the workout each week for the next 52 weeks.
Simply begin at week 1, then progress to week 2 then 3 and so on. Regardless of your fitness levels do not be tempted to skip ahead. The programme can be of huge benefit what ever your fitness level. It is design to work on those things that most people ignore. You are of course welcome to run it in conjunction with what ever fitness activity you are already doing if any.
