When life is moving at 100mph it can start to feel like all you have the time to do is put out fires.
At some point in the past, not long ago, it felt like you were unstoppable but that vehicle you're driving at 100 mph is starting to lose power and general wear and tear is starting to show.
It would be great if we could compartmentalise but stress, poor sleep, energy slumps, varying moods and aches and pains, have a habit of impacting your work, your relationships and your general quality of life.
With the best will in the world your speed of travel makes it impossible to pin down a system for positive health change and make it stick before the next stressor emerges and derails it all.
My Hygge Retreat is an opportunity for a small group of CEO's to slow down, regroup and build a simple, manageable system for creating lasting health change without the major time commitment we are often told it requires.
That's the short version but what do you get?:
- Starting from arrival you will begin a 90 day transformation programme of your own design so that it is achievable but also rapidly progresses you towards your goals.
- A principles training and coaching session helping you build your own mental tool kit for removing stress and taking action faster.
- 8-12 short training sessions designed to re-educate your body and how it moves without leaving you exhausted but rather energised while burning fat and creating energy.
- Design your own peak performance system to get you primed for the most challenging aspects of your work before they begin whether that's meetings, negotiations, presentations or something else.
- Learn and build a system for unwinding that teaches you to quickly tap into your nervous system and turn it to rest mode helping you unwind and recover more quickly leaving you feeling more content and well rested.
- You will eat nutrient dense home cooked hygge food and will work directly with our food programmer to create a simple way of eating that fits in with your life but also helps you pull maximum energy from your food without feeling restricted.
- Learn how your brain and nervous system work together to create your physical and mental reality and finally understand how to use this to create productivity, creativity and fun without the struggle.
- Enhance your sleep quality getting more from what you are already getting and then adding more if you need it allowing you to start each day feeling fresh and energised.
- A values definition session helping you to better define and connect with both the life you want and the person you wish to be and a system to begin implementing it leading to more freedom, fun and fulfilment in your life.
To sum up:
4 days living a simple healthy life while taking the time to define and map the life you want for yourself so you can go back and implement with discipline.
All this followed by 90 days of online support through the programme by me.
