Before and after
This definitely isn't a sales pitch
I used to run a 21 day challenge, it had an incredibly simple formula.
The photo is one of my before and afters. I have about 50 or 60 knocking around somewhere, I'd have more if I was good at remembering to ask for them.
The plan:
Eat meat, fish, or eggs at each meal.
Eat 2-3 fists of green stuff at every meal
Use fats freely
Drink 2-3 litres of water
Be in bed for 10pm
Follow these workouts
A more relaxed day each week
Simple, clear, easy to follow.
I ran it with 12 people the first time,
Then another 12
Then a group of 20
Then another 20
Then a 50
The results of each group filled up the next and some from the first groups signed up again.
They hadn't experienced results like it anywhere else.
I could have made this my entire business model and done very nicely thank you very much.
But each group I ran there was a little itch. That feeling you get when you're turning a blind eye.
About 30% would disappear, 70% would get incredible results, 10% would keep them.
I do things very differently now, I just don't like the idea that even one person is in a worse place than when they started working with me.
But the thing that led me here was a question.
It's always a question that sits at the beginning of a breakthrough.
It's now one of my favourite questions:
What do you know that you're ignoring?
We all have something,
Businesses always have something,
It's that itch that we respond to by saying to ourselves,
It's not a problem right now,
Perhaps it will go away,
I'll do it soon,
Nobody will notice.
It might not change anything for you, it might change everything.
What's your favourite question to ask yourself?
