You don't have an exercise problem...

You don't have a diet problem.
You don't have a business problem.

Changing or creating a behaviour is seriously tough.

It's tough because we seek to change the behaviour without first knowing why we do or don't do it.

If you don't exercise there is a reason and that reason isn't time or access or laziness and it isn't because you don't man up or don't have the will power to stick to things.

If you don't eat in a way that supports the health you want, there is a reason and that reason isn't greed or laziness or even not knowing what to do.

We make up these story's to explain our experience but the result is they define us and become our beliefs.

You can't fix laziness or greed, they are traits so they hold your results prisoner even if you only believe you have them- belief is reality.

The life that you have led so far and the associations your brain made has formed your beliefs and they inform your actions.

And the values that guide your decisions are hidden from you so when you compromise them and feel uneasy or lost or even unhappy you don't know why.

You make decisions based on what others tell you is the right thing to do rather than giving yourself permission to do what you know is right for you.

I'm not saying you're a sheep, I'm not saying you're weak.

(I had the same stuff going on myself... Not doing the things I needed to do to grow my business... I didn't have a business problem).

I'm saying your brain has a vested interest in keeping you as you are. If you want to change your actions you first need to understand not what, but why.

Why is your current diet the safe thing to do?

Why is your current exercise the safe thing
to do?

Why are your current habits the safe thing
to do?

Your brain cares about your survival not
your happiness.

Learn to look after your survival needs first
and change will become more easy.
