When the story of too slow results in removing distractions, reducing priorities or even products instead of pressuring and ‘motivating’.

When the story of ignorance results in better teaching rather than labelling and devaluing.
When the story of inconsistency results in more deeply assessing what’s derailing the process rather than labelling someone as flakey.
When the story of failure results in modifying the process rather than blame and judgement.
When the story of lack of creativity results in creating a better environment rather than accusation.
