Fulfilment has two meanings

Fulfilment has two meanings:

1. A feeling that you are doing or did something worth while.

2. Meeting a requirement, deadline or completion of a task.

Looking at the definition you cannot have 1 without 2 and vice versa.

If you or your employee are feeling stressed, frustrated, disillusioned, despondent, bored, lost, confused, disenchanted there is by definition a lack of fulfilment.

Feelings always point to practicalities even if they aren’t immediately evident.

Do I know what I’m doing?

Do I have time to do it?

Do I have resources to do it?

Do I know why I’m doing it?
