Have you considered that the greatest source of wisdom in your life, might be you?

[Wisdom]

Have you considered that the greatest source of wisdom in your life, might be you?

Not in a fluffy woo woo way.

In a practical feet on the ground, hours in the trenches of your life sort of way.

Example.

Consider that diets are both incredibly hard to stick to and what works for one rarely works as well for another.

But at some point during the history of you was your BEST diet so far.

One you were able to stick to, that you enjoyed and that made you feel the best you’ve ever felt.

Perhaps we could look at this from a work perspective.

There are no end of books you could read, podcasts you could listen to or influencers you could follow for guidance.

But at some point in the history of you there have been times when things just seemed to flow.

When everything just clicked into place and you were the most effective you have ever been.

I’d be willing to bet all the money in my pocket, against all the money in your pocket that you aren’t doing all of those things to the extent that you could right now.

And the beauty is that you know you could do it.

You’ve done it before.

And unlike all those tips from external sources you have evidence and experience of success in doing those things that have worked for you.

What might happen in your life if for 30 days, or even just for 7 days you applied only your own hard won, tried and tested wisdom?

If you applied it to your parenting, your relationship, your friendships, your health, you home, your finances, your happiness, your sense of purpose, how different might things be?

How much for trust might you have in yourself by the end?

How much more confident might you be? How much more freedom, power and fulfilment might you feel?

Do you dare to try, what’s the worst that could happen?

As far as I can make out, the worst that could happen is that you’ll return to the best it’s ever been for you.
