And skill is about the mastery of a predictable and repeatable process.

Map the process, practise the process, refine and master.

3. How do I make sure I am available for stressed, overwhelmed of stuck employees and in these events what is the system I use to get them back on track?

4. What system do I use to make sure the team is not just sharing failures but strategically learning from them so that they are consistently improving in both quality and effectiveness?

6. What system do I use for disconnecting from work and connecting with my partner and kids after an intense day of work?

7. What process do I use to ensure that each individual in the company is working effectively and in alignment with their team and it’s objectives without feeling controlled or undervalued?
