Are you a leader stuck in the same old story?

Same old story for leaders everywhere…

I’ve worked with leaders of small start ups to large corporations, from teams of 2 to team of 4,000, from leaders of one company to CEOs overseeing 5-8 multi-million €€ companies and 5 things show up more consistently than any other.

Focusing On Efficiency At The Cost Of Effectiveness

Racing around, hustling trying to get more and more done so that they can get to a point where they can finally go at a steady pace. Which results in them believing that this hustle is their ace in the hole that they can always turn to.

Trying To Win Back Time By Sacrificing Health And Relationships

They stop exercising, stop eating well, defer sleep, zone out at home and spend more and more time in problem solving mode all the while becoming less and less able to think clearly, more tired and more reactive.

Medicating With Dopamine Hits

They try to distract themselves from the current stressful reality with caffeine, alcohol, tobacco, drugs, sugar, reading the news, phone scrolling, Netflix.

Procrastination And Shiny Thing Chasing

Putting off important tasks, decisions or conversations that would result in the business working more effectively because they have either too much associated stress or not enough associated stress to cause them to act. This is normally the cause of shiny thing syndrome that causes them to follow a new project as it provides a perfect excuse as to why the important tasks can be put off.

Suppression

Holding in potentially stressing information to prevent partners and employees from worrying until they have to causing them to feel isolated, lonely, and like they are living a lie. This all leads to more of the previous 4 mentioned.

These are the big 5 I see over and over again. The great news is that they are all totally fixable.

All that is required is to find the courage to ask for help.

Then I will support you step by step through a simple process to overcome these challenges and more.

Just send me a PM to discuss your challenges.
