Who’s job do you think it is to call out the CEO?

Who’s job do you think it is to call out the CEO?

I think it’s an important question that needs a strong and certain answer early in a companies life span.

It’s incredibly useful to have feedback on your effect on others and areas that require development.

The board often can’t get a deep understanding of what’s going on, the CPO is employed by the CEO so may fear retribution (even if promise otherwise) and employees my fear if surveys are truely anonymous.

I’m interested, what do you think?

Do you have something effective in your organisation?
