• The boss gets hooked on giving answers and getting a little dopamine hit

• The boss becomes a bottleneck

• Many of the team stop thinking and become slow, make errors (because they don’t have the full puzzle in their head just peices), they become unmotivated and stressed as all dependent and confused people do.
