Micro management, failure to delegate, dominating meetings, taking all the responsibilities, is driven by the fear of judgement (Impostor sydrome).

Micro management, failure to delegate, dominating meetings, taking all the responsibilities, is driven by the fear of judgement (Impostor sydrome).

Impostor sydrome is driven by the false ideal sold to us in school - you must be perfect and RIGHT all of the time in order to be good enough.

When we replace the need to be right with curiousity impostor syndrome falls away and with that the behaviours that stem from it.

With genuine curiosity you can learn and do anything. Impostor syndrome stems from the idea that we should have already learned and be able to do everything. Which is mental right?
