Overwhelm effectively means, there are too many things I need to, have to, want to do and not enough time to do them in.

This is where Jacob was when we met.
He’d created a very cool business and really did values and appreciate his team.
In fact he was so passionate about being there for everyone else that it was causing two big problems.
He had no energy left for himself and his family, and his all consuming approach to supporting his team actually meant that he could only serve a few at a time and the business suffered as a result.
Fast forward 3 months, he was working 20 fewer hours per week, had a daily ritual that gave him a tonne of energy and he was seeing his family more than ever.
What’s more the business profits went up while the reported stress went down.
What overwhelm really means is I can’t achieve what I want to the way I’m currently doing it.
I love those WOW moments where clients get a realisation in a session but what I REALLY love his watching them take decisive action in their business and the ripple effects it has on everyone in and around the company
Sometimes the hardest thing to image is that there is a better way.
But honestly, what are the odds that you have found the VERY best way of operating and it cannot possibly be improved upon?
