Pork chops (how to cook)

INGREDIENTS (SERVES 3-4)

  • 5 x 200g pork chops
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper

METHOD

  • Rub the chops with salt and pepper on both sides
  • Heat a pan until hot, melt the butter until golden
  • Add the pork chops
  • Fry  them  for  about  6  minutes  on  each  side  or  until  cooked  through  (not  pink inside)

*A  nice  touch  is  to  sprinkle  paprika  on  both  sides  of  the pork  chops  before cooking, it really brings out the flavour of the meat.
