Steak (how to cook)
INGREDIENTS (SERVES 3-4)
- 4 x 250g rump steaks ( room temperature)
- Butter
- Salt and pepper
METHOD
- Rub the steaks with sea salt and fresh grounded pepper
- Heat the frying pan until hot, melt the butter untilgolden (not brown)
- Add the steaks. Fry for 2 minutes (until browned)
- Turn the steaks over for another 2 minutes.
- Take the pan off the heat and leave the steaks to rest.
Serve with salad and sweet potato chips
