Steak (how to cook)

INGREDIENTS (SERVES 3-4)

  • 4 x 250g rump steaks ( room temperature)
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper

METHOD

  • Rub the steaks with sea salt and fresh grounded pepper
  • Heat the frying pan until hot, melt the butter untilgolden (not brown)
  • Add the steaks. Fry for 2 minutes (until browned)
  • Turn the steaks over for another 2 minutes.
  • Take the pan off the heat and leave the steaks to rest.

Serve with salad and sweet potato chips
