Lemon and rosemary lamb steaks

These a great on the frying pan or on the BBQ 

INGREDIENTS (SERVES 2)

  • 6-8 lamb steaks (small to medium size)
  • Juice from 1 fresh organic lemon
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • pinch of  sea salt and fresh pepper

METHOD

  1. Mix the olive oil and lemon with salt and pepper
  2. break the rosemary sprigs up in small/medium pieces
  3. place the lamb steaks and rosemary in a bowl and pour the lemon and olive oil mixture over
  4. Massage the meat well and leaves to rest for a minimum of 1/2 hour.
  5. cook either on the frying pan or bbq until done (lamb can be pink that is fine)

Serve with vegetables and sweet potato chips
