Lemon and rosemary lamb steaks
These a great on the frying pan or on the BBQ
INGREDIENTS (SERVES 2)
- 6-8 lamb steaks (small to medium size)
- Juice from 1 fresh organic lemon
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- pinch of sea salt and fresh pepper
METHOD
- Mix the olive oil and lemon with salt and pepper
- break the rosemary sprigs up in small/medium pieces
- place the lamb steaks and rosemary in a bowl and pour the lemon and olive oil mixture over
- Massage the meat well and leaves to rest for a minimum of 1/2 hour.
- cook either on the frying pan or bbq until done (lamb can be pink that is fine)
Serve with vegetables and sweet potato chips
