Get perspective and keep it

It's the 1st September today and although it's glorious sunshine it's about 5 degrees colder that any other day. 

Almost like there is a team directly controlling the weather based on the date. 

It's a beautiful day though and I count myself very lucky that all I need to do if I'm cold is put on more clothes. 

I had the most amazing nights sleep, our new bed is the most comfortable thing I've ever led on it's like it actually hugs you. 

Last night we had an organic free range chicken that someone else killed and prepare so I just had to put it in the oven and served it with about 10 different vegetables. 

It was amazing. 

If you're reading this then you are in the top 5% of the riches people who ever lived. 

The odds of you being born now in this time, where you are are staggering.

The odds of just being born are 1 in 3 trillion.

You are, I am, without question, one of the luckiest humans who has ever lived. 

You have likely never wanted for food, water, shelter, clothes. Your life is likely so comfortable that in order to maintain health you have to actually seek stress over comfort. 

That's insane! 

Today is day ONE of my no complaining, no criticising, no gossiping challenge.
