12 Questions You Should Be Able to Answer as a Leader (that most leaders can’t)

Most leaders that struggle creating a balanced harmonious life aren’t struggling because they aren’t intelligent knowledgeable people.

They are struggling because the systems and processes that they currently have in place make it impossible for them to experience the harmony they desire.

They are struggling because they DON’T have simple processes in place that protect those things that need protecting in order to move away from overwhelm and into balance.

Something that EVERY good leader knows is that it is PROCESS that leads to SUCCESS. You don’t WILLPOWER the market to want what you have.

Yet most leaders have a process that leads to overwhelm and overwork in their business and no process for success in their energy, mental and physical health and relationships.

I’ve dropped the questions in the images below.

The more deeply you’re able to answer these questions the better things will get in your life and business.

After all, a company is simply an ever expanding echo of the relationships at the top just like children seek and imitate the relationships they witness at home.

Most struggling leaders that I've spoken to have (at most) 3-4 of these elements dialled in.

The ones that are doing pretty well have 5-6 meaning that they're still only working at 50% getting overwhelmed and slipping in and out of habits that don’t service them.

I work with my clients to have answers to all 12 locked in so that they feeling grounded, present and confident what ever is going on around them.
