How to move from fear to clarity

In my last video I explained how the brain is either operating from a reactive state or a create state. By that I mean that we are RE-ACTING -acting how we have before or CR-EATING choosing a new way of acting.

In this video I talk about the neuroscience based mechanism behind that (prediction and response) and how to begin the process of creating behaviour change.
