Beautiful Good bye

There are 2 times in life when you get to really hear what you mean to people.

When you die or when you leave the country.

I went to a funeral recently and it had a card board coffin.

So many people took the time to share just a little bit of what he meant to them by writing it on the side.

I took the time to read all of them and it's been on my mind a lot since.

In the last three weeks I have also personally been blown away by the messages I have received from people.

Readers and clients past and present just saying goodbye and a little thank you.

What shines through in the messages I read both on my friends coffin and those I received is that you can form a picture of who the person really is.

We live in a world where everyone is trying to find their place.

Find their happiness and understand more deeply who they are.

It is through that search that we find freedom but often it is ours to give to others in some small way.

I truly believe that Freedom is an inside job
**Points at head**

Knowing who we are rather than what we do.

Often when we are being closest to who we really are, it is that magic that most impacts others.

My friends magic was his humility and patiences and acceptance of what is and with that he did change the world.

But if he knew...
If he had just a bit more confidence in that,
If he knew the impact he had on others,
Who knows what he could have done.

I wish I told him.
I'm sure others do too.

I now know of personal experience that the greatest gift we can give to someone is to tell them how they have impacted our lives.

A world where everyone knows their true value
is one with much less pain and struggle don't you think?

I'm not saying you have to get all gushing or anything. It's just a simple as say "hey, you really helped me there, you're brilliant at that".

Everyone has a super power or genius or world class ability. A self that if they showed it more frequently it would transform their lives.

Searching for it in others will transform how you see the world.

Tell people about IT will transform how they see you.

Them knowing about it will transform their impact on the world.

If you are going to tell a story about how you
interact with the world, and you are...

Can you think of a better one?
