Why you should look back

I've done some solid looking backwards this weekend.

Just under 14 years ago, I was at university which was a complete life change from college before that.

Then 13.5 I decided to work in a bar in Spain all summer, a complete life change.

13.3 I met Christina and my life completely changed.

13 - one of my best friends died, a complete life change followed.

12.5 we moved to a new town. Life changed completely.

10 we moved to Clifton and life changed completely.

9.5 I lost 70% of my income, life changed completely.

6 Annabelle arrived, we opened a gym, got married and life changed completely.

3 We moved, Sophia arrived and life changed completely

0.3 We sold the gym, moved to Copenhagen and life changed completely.

Ten completely different lives in under 14 years.

Looking back life plays like a movie, it can't really impact you now so you can choose to feel the emotion of each situation or not.

When you do though it really adds to the richness of the arm chair adventure.

The process though serves to prove that good or bad, this too shall pass. Everything will be ok, you'll be onto the next adventure soon.

So relax and enjoy the ride, you'll not get to go on this one again, be careful to not miss anything.

They say life is short but to me it's short because we get so many little ones, each one convinces us it will last forever but we have a evidence to the contrary.

So enjoy this one like it's a movie too, and you are the hero.
